Important message for our Customers regarding the COVID-19 PANDEMIC

During this challenging period, Eiffel Tower Chocolates & Confectionery Pty Ltd is focused on providing its customers with the products and services that has been our forefront from its commencement of trading in 1977.

Obviously, the well being of our customers and staff is our priority, so we have introduced measures to minimise the spread of COVID-19.

Everyone has a Role
We all have a role and need to adopt good and personal hygiene practices. One of the most effective ways to prevent the spread of the disease is by observing good hygiene and, in particular, frequent washing of your hands.

Limiting hand to hand contact
We ensure that our staff wear hand gloves at all times whilst servicing you with our products.

Respect our staff in-store
Our staff in-store is doing everything possible to ensure they get you the products you need. We are thankful for the respect, patience and gratitude you show towards them.

Social distancing
We have introduced the compulsory 1.5 metres distance. We can all help stop the spread by keeping the space between each other.

Queuing In-store
At all times we will discourage close queues forming. No more than eight (8) people will be in the queuing line to be served. As one customer leaves, the other will then enter.

Maximising separation of Staff
We will always be mindful and conscious of the compulsory social distance between our customers and staff.

Introduction of deliveries
Effective immediately and until further notice, Eiffel Tower will introduce an online delivery service.

Orders must exceed the amount of $20 for delivery within a 35 kilometre range from Eiffel Tower (Tullamarine postcode 3043).

For orders under $60, a $10 delivery fee will be applied, within a 35-kilometre radius from Eiffel Tower (Tullamarine postcode 3043).
For delivery outside the 35 kilometre range from Eiffel Tower (Tullamarine postcode 3043), a much greater delivery charge will be incurred. Please call Eiffel Tower for further details.

We will ensure to have our standard stock products on-hand to deliver to you. We do request that you note that a three (3) day lead time applies. Eiffel Tower will, at all times, monitor most online orders and we will endeavour to deliver your orders when required or as close to that time as is possible.

Store and opening hours
At this stage our store remains open, but we will be guided by any Federal or State Government guidance as and if the situation continues to develop. We encourage you to visit the store and trading hours will be as outlined on our website.  Eiffel Tower is committed to ensuring customers have the products and services you need. At the same time, we will continue to monitor the situation closely and respond quickly to advice from the Government Health Authorities.
