CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS
The Eiffel Tower Shopping Cart uses direct banking through the National Australia Bank.
At no time whatsoever do your Credit Card details appear on the website.
Only Stripe will have a record of your Credit Card details.

CONSUMER DATA AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Information such as your email address and telephone number are required when placing your order. Eiffel Tower will use this information for order processing and communication purposes only.
Eiffel Tower will not supply your private information to any outside third party.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY
Customers shall inspect the completed cake immediately on pick-up and prior to leaving Eiffel Tower’s premises. Once the goods have left the premises you acknowledge and agree that Eiffel Tower may not accept claims and/or refunds.
Any claims for goods ordered online must be made within 48 hours of goods having left the premises, otherwise the customer expressly waives the right to any claims after the expiration of this time.

VARIATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS NOTICE
Three (3) days’ notice in writing must be given to vary or cancel orders previously placed.

Orders may be cancelled by the customer prior to dispatch by providing written notice.

Where an order is cancelled after it has been processed by our administration team, but before manufacture or dispatch has commenced, we reserve the right to charge an administration fee of up to 10% of the total order value. This fee reflects costs already incurred, including (but not limited to) payment processing charges, order handling, system processing, and administrative time.

Where materials have been ordered, production has commenced, or any bespoke/custom work has begun, a higher cancellation charge may apply to cover costs incurred up to the point of cancellation. In such cases, we will advise you of the applicable charge at the time of your cancellation request.

Orders which have been completed, dispatched, or are ready for dispatch may not be eligible for cancellation.

Any refunds due will be processed after deduction of any applicable administration or cancellation charges.
