    The Cannoli Tower is assembled with our in-house manufactured medium size shells. The displayed Tower's cannoli are  filled one end with vanilla custard and the other end with chocolate custard. It is possible to have the shells filled in all vanilla custard or all chocolate custard.  Ricotta filled cannoli are also available, at an extra cost. A chocolate plaque displays a personalised message. Only sizes indicated are available for this cake. Important Note: It is highly recommended that you collect your Cannoli Tower as late in the afternoon as possible on your chosen pick-up date. If the shells are filled too early, they have a tendency to soften. Should you wish to pick up your order earlier in the day, then please call Eiffel Tower to arrange this.
  • Horseshoe shaped choux pastry shells are filled with luscious and  creamy vanilla custard, with the shoe ends coated in a dark chocolate glaze and then sifted with a light touch of icing sugar.
