  • The numeral cake displayed is available in ALL of our cake fillings and in ALL numerals, however, the only finish to each of the fillings is the chocolate mousse cream, crushed dark chocolate shavings (on top and sides of cake) and fresh strawberries, as per displayed picture.

  • Cannoli Tower

    The Cannoli Tower is assembled with our in-house manufactured medium size shells. The displayed Tower's cannoli are  filled one end with vanilla custard and the other end with chocolate custard. It is possible to have the shells filled in all vanilla custard or all chocolate custard.  Ricotta filled cannoli are also available, at an extra cost. A chocolate plaque displays a personalised message. Only sizes indicated are available for this cake. Important Note: It is highly recommended that you collect your Cannoli Tower as late in the afternoon as possible on your chosen pick-up date. If the shells are filled too early, they have a tendency to soften. Should you wish to pick up your order earlier in the day, then please call Eiffel Tower to arrange this.
  • Chocolate Mousse Finish is finished off with chocolate mousse cream, crushed dark chocolate shavings and glace' cherries.

    Our Ice-Cream cake is a most popular choice be it for the summer or winter seasons and comes in two flavours: Vanilla & Chocolate, which has one layer of vanilla milk-based cream and another layer of chocolate milk-based cream, and the other flavour is the popular Ferrero Rocher (and it tastes just like the famous chocolates that bear the name), consisting of two layers of ferrero rocher milk-based cream. Both Ice-Cream cakes are decorated with whipped cream, chocolate shavings and glace' cherries.
